Chinese usually celebrate the last day of Chinese New Year, Chap Goh Meh with yet another meal with family members. We went to my grandparents' place at noon, and of course dear grandmother did not forget to prepare her most well-loved dish, the Red Wine Noodles or Ang Chiu Mee Suah. Red wine noodles are prepared at important Chinese events, such as the new year or someone's birthday because the long noodles symbolizes longevity and health.
Together with us is aunt Siew Ting, who came back from KL. She got married a few months ago, and my grandmother was undoubtedly the happiest person of all.
We'll go over to my grandparents' place for dinner later. Adios!
