Eerily Beautiful

Marina Bychkova's Enchanted Doll features galleries of her handcrafted, porcelain plus examples of her polymer clay dolls, jewelry, and other artwork. You can also visit her blog for more.

Ruby by Enchanted Doll - a ball jointed, porcelain doll. She is 100% handmade. This doll was on eBay earlier, and the winning bid is US $13,500.00! Just imagine!

Look at these miniature shoes! Two styles: Hopscotch and Marie-Antoinettes, both 24k gold-plated and enameled.

This one looks gorgeous, in a melancholic way.
Tins are available at $49 CAD. They are currently 20% off and on sale for $39.00.

Doll with Golden Lilies wearing exquisitely beautiful lotus shoes.

If you’re curious about how Marina's porcelain dolls are made you can find the summary of her creative process HERE. Have a browse through the gallery to get an idea of the work involved into making a ball-jointed, porcelain doll.

@ng: I was so amazed when I first saw them, you know. They are exquisitely beautiful.

@Kirthi: Yes, I agree. I really wanted one but they are too expensive. Do you know the starting price of the doll "Ruby" is $4,500? I don't think I'll be able to collect that much money in 10 years.

@Jacqui: I'm already a follower of your blog. Thanks for visiting!

They are very beautiful but they look like they are depressed, to me. They just look so sad.

@Teddy Rose: Yeah, their eyes are painted in such a way that makes you feel as if they are sad. But even so, they are still beautiful.
